"The Original Kink Since 1995" — FFW celebrates its 31st anniversary with a 4-day, 7-party hotel takeover featuring world-renowned DJs and entertainers in a 100% pure fetish experience.

FFW is a strict dress code fetish party — not a swingers event, though swingers are very welcome to attend. Sexual activity is prohibited in common hotel areas but permitted in rooms and the dungeon.

All Access tickets must be picked up at will-call with a valid ID. Will-Call hours: Thursday May 21, 11AM–4PM at the Fetish Factory Showroom (855 E. Oakland Park Blvd) and 5PM–8PM at the Host Hotel Atrium. Friday will-call runs 12PM–6PM at the Hotel Atrium. Fetish Factory will NEVER ship tickets under any circumstances. Tickets can only be released to the person who purchased them — no exceptions.

Tickets purchased before January 1, 2026 receive a full-value event coupon. After January 1, you receive 50% credit. Tickets purchased after March 1, 2026 — total loss, no refunds. Dress code violations do not qualify for refunds.

Entry to all 7 events, free roundtrip shuttle buses to all off-site venues (running every 10–15 min), plus access to all hotel activities — Kinky Day Clubs, Open Dungeons, Pervy Pool Parties, and after parties.

Rooms are $189/night + tax, up to 4 guests at no extra charge. Minimum 4-night stay (Thu May 21 – Mon May 25).

Hotel rooms are 100% non-refundable after February 27, 2025. You may cancel before that date by emailing Fetish Factory — you'll forfeit only one night's deposit.

Only with a Hotel Day Pass — $60/day, cash only, available Friday and Sunday. You must still have a valid pass to access the property during takeover hours.

The 100% Fetish Hotel Takeover officially begins at 3:00PM on Thursday, May 21. No fetish wear or play in public before 3:01PM.

Party buses run between the host hotel and all offsite venues (included with All Access Pass): Thursday 9:45PM–2:00AM · Friday 9:45PM–3:00AM · Sunday 9:45PM–3:00AM. Buses depart every 10–15 minutes.

If you don't want to be photographed by official photographers, let them know — they will respect your wishes. Galleries are typically published 2+ weeks after the event.
